The horrors found within these halls are enough to make anyone shudder. San Marino’s Museum of Torture features devices created between the 16th and 20th centuries to inflict pain onto enemies of the state. The knee splitter, inquisitor chair, traction bench and guillotine are all features of this grim collection.
