Fact:
Spring is in the air, and the birds are nesting all round the National Park. To celebrate, we are organising a quick Egg Fact Hunt around the lawns by the Upper Lake. Families are invited to collect a free question sheet from the Information Office. No ‘eggs-pert’ knowledge is required.

Getting there:
The Wicklow mountains, being mountains, are not particularly well-served by public transport, which is surprising given their proximity to the capital and their popularity among visitors. Therefore the car is often the most convenient way of travelling around the county. Those travelling from Dublin to the east of the county should take the N11 in the Direction of Wexford.
