The museum complex Old Orhei is located in the valley Raut, a right tributary of the Dniester River on the territory of Trebujeni of Orhei Moldova. Cultural and natural reserve Orhei which has special status and is the most important cultural site in Moldova, afându in the nomination process to be included in the World Heritage List of UNESCO.
