Chile runs the entire length of Argentina's western border, with the hectic topography of the Andes dividing the two countries. One of the more spectacular ways to cross from Argentina into Chile is on a cruise through the Lake District. Travelling through the majestic mountain lakes in Patagonia, from Bariloche in Argentina to Puerto Montt in Chile, is a fantastic addition to Argentina tailor-made travel plans, with the added bonus of including a visit to another great Andean country.
