Al Areen Wildlife Park is a nature reserve and zoo, located in Sakhir, Bahrain. It is one of five other protected areas in the country and it is the only designated protected area on land, in the country. In 2010, the park attracted 140,436 visitors to the park, seven times higher than that in 2000.The park features 100,000 planted flora and trees, & more than 50 species of animals, 90 species of birds and 80 species of flora
